At St. Isidore Parish, we proudly support Girl Scouts of all levels, from Daisies through Ambassadors. What sets our parish scouts apart is our strong emphasis on faith, seamlessly integrating it into the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Our dedicated leaders hold all necessary clearances and certifications required by both the Archdiocese and the Girl Scouts organization.

Celebrating Faith and Service

Many of our troops and girls have actively engaged in and completed local and national Catholic Girl Scout Religious Programs, earning prestigious medals and recognition at the Archdiocese’s annual Mass through the Office of Youth and Young Adults – Catholic Committee on Girl Scouts and Campfire Girls. Each March, Catholic Girl Scouting is joyously celebrated during the Girl Scout Sunday Mass, welcoming all Girl Scouts from the parish, regardless of troop affiliation.

Community Engagement and Service

Our parish troops actively participate in various community endeavors, including maintaining the parish grounds, providing babysitting services for PAPA meetings, organizing food drives for the local Food Pantry, sending care packages to soldiers, and assisting with parish events such as bonfires and visiting speakers.

Supporting Our Troops

We extend our support beyond service by offering beloved Girl Scout traditions like cookie sales in February, hoagie sales around Halloween, and a fall mum sale.

Get Involved!

For families interested in joining our scouts, Liz, our Service Unit Manager, is your go-to contact. Additionally, I can assist with inquiries regarding medal and patch programs. If there’s interest from girls and adults willing to undergo training and obtain clearances, we can expand our troop offerings to include Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors.
