Rooted in the parish, reaching into the region
A regional ministry of the Catholic Church of Philadelphia, a hub is designed to form the parish and surrounding community as missionary disciples so together, we can bring people home to Christ.
Rooted in St. Isidore Parish and animated by the Holy Spirit, the Hub unites prayer, formation and service to bring Christ’s compassionate love into the everyday places of life – our homes, workplaces, schools and neighborhoods.
In short, the Missionary Hub exists to go out and bring people home to Christ – whether for the first time or the first time in a long time.

In his 2025 pastoral letter, Archbishop Nelson Perez calls the Church to a renewed spirit of trust and hope, inviting the faithful to move from maintenance to mission – to reawaken the joy of the Gospel and bring Christ’s love to the ordinary rhythms of daily life.
